 UAE  -  FREE FOR ORDERS OVER AED 500

​

 UAE  -  Orders under AED 500 = AED 25

SHIPPING POLICY

​

Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 1-2 calendar days for delivery within Dubai. For shipments outside Dubai additional 1 working day is required for standard courier delivery.

​

For Same Day Delivery Orders cut-off time: 1.30 pm and coverage area only Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai.

​

Order pickup -customers will get a notification before picking up their order, order confirmation ID will be needed for pickup.

PACKAGING

​

Louis Decor takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to our warehouse.

RECORDED DELIVERY

All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival, the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept the receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our warehouse. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
